In 2013 Raul Perez accepted an opportunity to work exclusively for Disney, a dream client. Since then he has held senior customer insights roles in large companies. In his corporate roles Raul has collaborated with corporate functions such as customer experience, branding, innovation, and strategy. For these internal clients he has informed brand transitioning plans, established satisfaction measurement programs, streamlined innovation research processes, and advised on M&A opportunities, among other things.
